At INTERSPORT Egypt, we want you to be fully satisfied with your gear; therefore, products can be returned or exchanged within 14 days of purchase provided they are in their original condition and packaging.
Initiate Request
Log into your account and navigate to the 'My Orders' section to select the items you wish to return or exchange.
Prepare the Package
Place the items in their original box or bag with all tags attached and include the original invoice to ensure a smooth processing.
Handover to Courier
Our shipping partner will contact you within 2-3 business days to collect the package from your specified address.
Inspection and Refund
Once our quality team inspects the items, your refund will be processed via the original payment method or as a store credit within 7-10 working days.
