We offer standard delivery within 2-5 business days for Cairo and Giza, and 3-7 business days for other governorates across Egypt.
What is the return and exchange policy?
You can return or exchange any unused item in its original packaging within 14 days of purchase, or 30 days if the product is defective, provided you have the original receipt.
Which payment methods do you accept?
We accept Cash on Delivery (COD), as well as secure online payments via Visa, Mastercard, and various installment plans through ValU and other providers.
Are the products sold on your website authentic?
Yes, as the official INTERSPORT retailer in Egypt, we guarantee that all products from brands like Nike, Adidas, Puma, and Reebok are 100% authentic.
Can I track my order after it has been placed?

Do you offer international shipping?
Currently, INTERSPORT Egypt only provides shipping services within the Arab Republic of Egypt. We do not offer international delivery at this time.
